Pack rafting has become a fad. It's not an especially robust one, being like backpacking fundamentally unglamorous, but it is out there. Like all fads, market penetration has been high. You, as an experienced ultra light backpacker, have no doubt seen the videos and read the blog entries.
Our Ultra light pack raft "TRAVEL LIGHT"are truly durable for its size and weight. The main tube is made of urethane - coated nylon and the floor is made of urethane-coated Vectran. Our fabric is chosen to be durable, packable and lightweight. Inflatable boats of all types must always be used with care. A serious puncture can immerse you immediately in whatever body of water you are in . We recommend you never pack raft any stretch of water you are not capable of swimming.

You can do this by using the same soap and water mixtures in a spray bottle.Other wear and tear to be aware of is any breaking donw of the material or stains that should eventually be removed with a cleaner. |

Store it in a dry place away from direct exposure to hot sunlight or cold conditions.Deflated and rolled into its carry bag, it can be stored in any small space such as in a closet or garage.The important thing to remember is to make sue it is completely dry before packing it away so you don't end up with mold and milew to clean up later. |
