For the second time, this outfitter and the Italian fashion house have joined forces to create a new generation of adventurous streetwear.

In January last year, large brands Gucci and The North Face pieced together an unlikely partnership and clothing line. Last week, the pair expanded the legend of The North Face x Gucci, adding many new product categories, styles and nature-themed prints.

The 2021 autumn/winter capsule cooperation series covers the clothing field: parka to waist bag, trousers to bucket hat, backpack to boots. Gucci described this new product as "a series of outdoor-inspired styles."

The latest TNF x Gucci suit starts at $590 (with a baseball cap) and the highest price is $4,800 (a prairie dress with ruffles). You know, this is consistent with the roots of Gucci's fashion brand.

This is what we can tell you.

It is worth mentioning that the design of the TNF x Gucci 2021 autumn and winter series is not really able to withstand more serious outdoor adventures.

However, it is reported that the production line uses recycled ECONYL instead of nylon and down insulation materials, which are 100% certified and should be enough to keep you warm at least in some cases.

In addition to a few color-blocked, fluffy-style jackets, the obvious and unmistakable TNF detail you will see here is the brand's iconic Half-Dome logo. Of course, it is located above the matching "GUCCI". Otherwise, any single item in this winter collection may become the daily streetwear of New York Fashion Week.

Mix and match clothes and accessories tailored by designer brands, and overlay earth tones and wilderness prints, which may or may not be a tribute to Mossy Oak.

Here are more picks from the series:

Don't worry, the sweater head for obsessive-compulsive disorder-according to the product page, this bad boy is "unusable". However, if The North Face x Gucci sweater does exist, then it is living its best life in a wool jacquard blend, which may sound itchy.

Again, the term "wool jacquard" is new to us, so whether it is valuable to you or not, you can accept it.

The North Face x Gucci belt bag (yes, a small bag) features a "forest print" ECONYL fabric outer layer, green leather trim, ECONYL lining, zipper closure and adjustable webbing belt with buckle. Gucci has not disclosed the material information of the zipper pull, buckle or belt adjuster components.

If you are worried that your high-end "belt bag" (it's a belt bag, come on) might be mistaken for a more practical container, don't be afraid! Gucci's very detailed care instructions answer any questions we might have about the actual use of the belt bag. The following is the description (verbal):

In order to further consolidate the vibration of "see but don't touch" this kind of thing, it is only available in stores.

The North Face x Gucci padded vest is made of green and black "GG" canvas with down filling, web embroidery, four patch pockets, snap closure and duck down/goose down filling. Gucci produces vests from XXS to XXL. Due to the weird and confusing size chart, we are not entirely sure what this means. But the brand did notice that the length of a small vest was 27.7 inches.

Just like the waist bag above, the padded vest is also available exclusively in the store.

The moss/mud/adventure forest print also has The North Face x Gucci backpack and baseball cap. Similar to-ahem-waist bag, the shell here is made of recycled nylon ECONYL fabric. The trim is made of real green and brown leather.

Two zip compartments with ECONYL lining, padded shoulder straps and nylon webbing complete this 13 x 19.3 x 5.1 inch backpack. You guessed it—this small bag is indeed available in the store.

TNF x Gucci's budget single-product baseball cap features a cotton/viscose lining and an adjustable velcro back. It is available in XS to L sizes online and in stores. But for the XL size, you must go to the store to buy it.

Looking forward to treating these puppies with the same white glove care you applied for, I don’t know, a fancy purse.

Currently, The North Face has let Gucci move the unit. The TNF x Gucci collection can only be purchased through fashion houses and a few exclusive Gucci distributors. Check it out in person on gucci.com.
